Wedding Flowers Terms & Conditions

### **1. Booking and Deposits**

 

- **Booking Confirmation**: Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit payment is received.

- **Deposit**: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your wedding date. This deposit ensures that we reserve your date and allocate the necessary resources to your event.

- **Final Payment**: The final balance is due 7 days before the wedding date. If full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the order and retain the deposit.

### **2. Payment Terms**

 

- **Accepted Payment Methods**: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, BACs or cash.

- **Non-Payment**: If the final balance is not paid in full by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and the deposit will not be refunded.

### **3. Cancellations and Amendments**

 

- **Cancellation Policy**: In the event of cancellation, the following will apply:

  - Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will require full payment of the balance due to flowers already purchased and obtained by the florist.

- **Changes to Orders**: Any changes to your order must be communicated in writing no later than 7 days before the wedding date. Changes after this date may not be accommodated and could result in additional charges.

### **4. Delivery and Setup**

 

- **Delivery**: We will deliver the flowers to the designated venue(s) at the agreed-upon time. Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery. Any delays caused by the venue or the Client may incur additional charges.

- **Setup**: We will set up floral arrangements as agreed. If additional setup time is required due to unforeseen circumstances, extra fees may apply.

- **Third-Party Venues**: It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the venue is accessible and to provide clear instructions regarding setup. The Florist is not liable for any issues that arise from venue restrictions.

### **5. Rental Items**

 

- **Rental Policy**: Any rental items (vases, stands, arches, etc.) must be returned in good condition within 5 days of the event. Missing or damaged items will incur additional charges.

### **6. Substitution Policy**

 

Due to seasonal and market conditions, certain flower varieties may be unavailable. In such cases, we reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions while maintaining the style, color scheme, and overall quality of the floral arrangements.

### **7. Liability and Force Majeure**

 

- **Damage**: The Florist is not responsible for any damage to flowers after they have been delivered and set up. This includes but is not limited to damage caused by weather, guests, or venue staff.

- **Force Majeure**: The Florist will not be held liable for any failure to perform obligations under this agreement due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

- **Liability Limitations**: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

### **8. Client Responsibilities**

 

- **Access to Venue**: The Client is responsible for ensuring that the venue is accessible at the agreed delivery and setup time. Failure to provide access may result in additional charges or cancellation of the service.

- **Approval of Designs**: The Client agrees to review and approve the floral designs ahead of time. Any last-minute changes requested by the Client may incur additional costs.

### **9. Photography and Marketing**

 

The Florist reserves the right to take photographs of the floral arrangements for marketing purposes. If the Client prefers not to have their floral designs used in promotional material, they must notify us in writing prior to the event.

### **10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution**

 

- **Complaints**: Any complaints regarding the floral arrangements must be made within 48 hours of the wedding.

- **Dispute Resolution**: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before taking legal action.
